Virtual Instructor-Led Classes Or Self-Paced Courses
Connecting To Virtual Instructor-Led Classes?
For all courses taught with a virtual live-instructor, we use a service called Zoom. Zoom is provided with a web link, and when you click on this web link it will launch the ability to download the zoom app and start the connection.
Rescheduling Your Virtual Instructor-Led Class Date?
You may cancel/reschedule a live class without any cancellation fee up to 15 days prior to the class start date. If you cancel/reschedule less than 15 days prior to the class start date, then Interactive America, Inc. will charge you the full amount for the class (if cancelling)
Certificates Of Completion?
Certificates of completion are issued automatically on your dashboard once you complete the course. For self-paced courses, this happens immediately once you finish the course. For virtual instructor-led courses, this typically takes 24-48 hours to update our system with your attendance.

We strive to support a variety of platforms and devices. In order to have the best experience possible, we have a few lists of minimum system requirements. Please consider these requirements prior to your class start date.
Connecting To Self-Paced Online Courses
For all courses taught as self-paced online, You will connect to this course within your dashboard when you login. Simply navigate to "My Courses" (some students may have a Learn section) and click on the course and launch it.
Certificates Of Completion?
Certificates of completion are issued automatically on your dashboard once you complete the course. For self-paced courses, this happens immediately once you finish the course. For virtual instructor-led courses, this typically takes 24-48 hours to update our system with your attendance.

Unsupported Video Error?
Some courses we offer have an automatic feature that defaults to a version of flash to play videos. Flash is a plugin for your browser. If you don't have this plugin installed, some videos fail to play back. We suggest using Chrome as your browser of default.
